Victoria Soto is a longtime risk management and civil litigation attorney, author, and national public speaker. She represents an array of entrepreneurs. Victoria is often nationally retained as a consultant to advise organizations on their risk liability and design systems to mitigate those risks.

Victoria started practicing law as a prosecuting attorney for a state regulatory agency. During her tenure with the agency, she resolved a record number of cases, becoming a leader among her peers in case resolution and agreed orders resulting from administrative proceedings. Those experiences minted Victoria into a well-rounded attorney, providing great risk managementvalue to clients.

Victoria Soto is an independent consultant to the firm and maintains her primary practice of law in Texas where she is licensed to practice law.  She is not associated with The Lucas Law Firm, PLLC as a partner, member, or in a of-counsel capacity.
